Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 51 x 51 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 50-69% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 56% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 602 x 602 px at 300 DPI.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Head size from chin to crown: 50–69% of total image height (1–1⅜ inches)
- Eye height: 56–69% from bottom of image
- Do not wear glasses.
- Head coverings are allowed only for religious reasons.
- No headphones or wireless devices
- No uniforms (except religious daily wear)
- Submit a color photo.
- Taken in clothing worn on a daily basis
- Digital format: JPEG, 600×600 px minimum, max 240 KB
