Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 38 x 44 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 65-75% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 449 x 520 px at 300 DPI.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Face fills majority of the photo
- Submit a color photo.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Head uncovered (medical or religious exceptions allowed)
- Do not wear glasses.
- Look straight at the camera.
- Photo must be taken within the last 30 days.
