- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Photo dimensions: 45–50 mm height × 35–38 mm width
- Taken against a light grey or plain white background
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Look straight at the camera.
- Submit a color photo.
- Maximum file size: 3 MB (PDF, JPG, or PNG)
- No white border around the photo
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
