Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 45 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 71-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 531 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Background must be plain, with no patterns or textures.
- Head size (crown to chin) must be 32–36 mm
- Submit a color photo.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Use high-quality photo paper for printed submissions.
