Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Plain white background, uniform and shadow-free lighting
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Face should be fully visible and centered.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- No hair covering eyebrows or eyes; both face edges clearly visible
- Both ears, moles, birthmarks, and scars must be clearly visible
- No head tilting
- No tinted glasses; no colored or circle contact lenses
- No military, police, or camouflage attire
- Religious/medical head coverings allowed only if full facial features are visible
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Submit a color photo.
- Photo must be sharp, clear, and not blurry.
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
- Digital: JPG/JPEG, RGB 24-bit, ≤5 MB, min 531×413 px
- 2 identical photos are required.
