Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 71-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Photo must be taken within the last 3 months.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Face should be fully visible and centered.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Look straight at the camera.
- No headgear (except religious/racial custom headwear that does not hide face)
- Do not wear glasses.
- Submit a color photo.
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
- Digital: JPEG format, max 60KB, 400x514 pixels; or HEIC/PNG up to 8MB via e-Services
- Based on ISO/ICAO biometric standards
