Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 38 x 48 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 449 x 567 px at 300 DPI.
- Photo must be recent (taken within the last month recommended)
- Plain white or light-coloured background, free of patterns and shadows
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Do not wear glasses.
- Head coverings are allowed only for religious reasons.
- Submit a color photo.
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
