Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a blue background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Background must be royal blue / dark blue (white background will be rejected)
- Face (chin to crown) must measure 32–36 mm, occupying 70–80% of photo height
- Face should be fully visible and centered.
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Look straight at the camera.
- Do not wear glasses.
- No hair covering the eyes
- Wear collared shirt or decent attire (no sleeveless tops, tank tops, plunging necklines)
- Four identical photos required for application
- Submit a color photo.
