Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Head and shoulders only, taken full-face (front-on)
- No hat or tinted glasses
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- 2 identical photos are required.
- One photo must be endorsed on the back by the certifier
- Submit a color photo.
