Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 40 x 60 mm.
- Use a blue background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 472 x 709 px at 300 DPI.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Face should be fully visible and centered.
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Do not wear glasses.
- Head coverings permitted only for religious reasons (face must remain fully visible)
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
- Three photos must be submitted with the application
- Submit a color photo.
