Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a light_grey background.
- Head height should fill 57-66% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 551 x 709 px at 400 DPI.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Background must be plain light grey, light blue, or white
- Face width (ear to ear) must be between 16 mm and 20 mm
- Face length (chin to crown) must be between 26 mm and 30 mm (ages 11+)
- Head must be fully shown and centred in the frame
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Look straight at the camera.
- Do not wear glasses.
- Head coverings are allowed only for religious reasons.
- Minimum resolution of 400 DPI
- Submit a color photo.
- Use high-quality photo paper for printed submissions.
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
