Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 65-75% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Face must cover 70% of the whole photo and be visible from ear to ear and forehead to chin
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Do not wear glasses.
- Do not wear hats or head coverings.
- Digital submission: minimum 600×600 pixels
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
