Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 50 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 50-60% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 591 px at 300 DPI.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Space above head: minimum 10 mm from top edge
- Space below chin: 5–10 mm from bottom edge
- Submit a color photo.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Do not tilt or rotate the head.
- Hair must not cover the face or eyes.
- Three identical recent photographs required
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Minimum print resolution: 600 DPI for online submission
