Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a light_grey background.
- Head height should fill 55-72% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Photo size: 35–40 mm wide × 45–50 mm high
- Light background so facial features are clearly distinguishable
- Close-up of head and shoulders
- Printed on low-gloss, plain white photo-quality paper (no watermarks, embossing, or printing on back)
- Must be professionally printed — home printing not acceptable
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Only subject visible — no toys, dummies, or other people
- Undamaged — no creases from paperclips
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Submit a color photo.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
