Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Unmounted, full-face photo; side or angled views not accepted
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Submit a color photo.
- Sharp focus and correct exposure
- Selfies not accepted
- Do not wear glasses.
- Upper shoulders should be visible.
- 2 identical photos are required.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
