Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 60-75% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- White or light-colored background
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Look straight at the camera.
- Hair must not cover the face or eyes.
- Clear prescription glasses accepted if no glare; no sunglasses or tinted lenses
- Head coverings permitted only for religious reasons; full face must be visible (forehead to chin)
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Submit a color photo.
- Minimum 300 DPI, preferred 600 DPI
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
