Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 56-78% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 64% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 827 x 1063 px at 600 DPI.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Eye height must be 29–35 mm from bottom of photo
- Top of hair must be 3 mm from top edge
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Look straight at the camera.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Submit a color photo.
- 2 identical photos are required.
