Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 56-78% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Photo must be 45 mm (height) × 35 mm (width)
- Face length (chin to top of forehead) must be 25–35 mm
- Margin of 3–4 mm between head and top edge of photo
- Background: white for dark complexions; pastel (beige, pale pink) for light complexions; pale blue/grey for white or grey hair
- Submit a color photo.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- No other person or object in frame
- Photos from photo booths not accepted
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- 2 identical photos are required.
