Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a light_grey background.
- Head height should fill 60-75% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Printed photo: 35-38mm wide, 45-50mm tall
- Plain light grey, white or cream background — no objects, patterns or shadows
- Photo from head to mid-torso with visible space between head/shoulders and edges
- Head level — do not tilt up/down or left/right, look straight at camera
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Digital online applications: minimum 715x951 pixels, JPEG, max 9MB
- No digital enhancements or changes
- Do not wear glasses.
- Head coverings are allowed only for religious reasons.
