Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 33 x 48 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 390 x 567 px at 300 DPI.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Face width 16–24 mm; distance between pupils 7–10 mm
- Eye line approximately 12.9–20.8 mm from top edge
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Face should be fully visible and centered.
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Do not wear hats or head coverings.
- Do not wear glasses.
- Submit a color photo.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Set by the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS)
- Complies with ICAO Doc 9303 standards
