Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 30 x 40 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 354 x 472 px at 300 DPI.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Full face — head and shoulders, no hat or head covering
- Printed on normal thin photographic paper, unmounted
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
- Glasses are allowed only for medical reasons.
