Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Plain white background without border
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Glasses are allowed only for medical reasons.
- Head coverings are allowed only for religious reasons.
- Photo must not be more than six months old
- Must be printed on photo-quality paper; no ink marks, creases, or smudges
- Photo should be glued (not stapled or pinned) to application form
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
