Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a light_grey background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 62% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- Background must be plain, with no patterns or textures.
- Head (chin to crown) 70–80% of photo height (31–36 mm)
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Face should be fully visible and centered.
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Head coverings are allowed only for religious reasons.
- Glasses are allowed only for medical reasons.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Photo must be sharp, clear, and not blurry.
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
