Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 40 x 60 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 60-75% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 472 x 709 px at 300 DPI.
- Photo must be no more than 6 months old
- Plain white background — not off-white or patterned
- Face should be fully visible and centered.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Do not wear glasses.
- Submit a color photo.
- Do not retouch or digitally alter the photo.
- Photo must comply with ICAO standards.
- Accepted digital format: JPEG, max 240 KB
