- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- For online applications minimum file size is 492x633px
- Maximum digital file size: 2500 KB.
- Submit a color photo.
