Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 40 x 60 mm.
- Use a blue background.
- Head height should fill 70-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 472 x 709 px at 300 DPI.
- Plain blue background (required by PACI)
- Face must be clearly visible with all features distinguishable
- Keep the head facing directly forward.
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Do not wear glasses.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
- Submit a color photo.
- Digital: minimum 500×700 px, maximum 800×1000 px, max 2 MB, JPEG/PNG
