- Photo size must be 36 x 47 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 74-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 425 x 555 px at 300 DPI.
- Same biometric photo requirements as Finnish passport

- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- Do not wear glasses.
- Head coverings are allowed only for religious reasons.
- Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
