Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 75-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- One 35x45mm photo is required when a recent biometric image cannot be reused
- Plain white background
- Look straight into camera, do not smile
- Submit a color photo.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- If a biometric passport, ID card, or e-driving licence was issued within the last 5 years, a new photo may not be required
