Photo requirements
- Photo size must be 35 x 45 mm.
- Use a white background.
- Head height should fill 71-80% of the photo.
- Eye line should be about 55% up from the bottom edge.
- Minimum resolution: 413 x 531 px at 300 DPI.
- A printed 35x45mm photo may be required if the authority cannot reuse an image from government systems
- Background and face should be evenly lit with no shadows.
- Face height 32-36mm from chin to crown
- Keep a neutral facial expression.
- Keep your mouth closed.
- Both eyes must be open and visible.
- No manipulations or retouching
- For many renewals, the office reuses an existing state photo or takes one on site
